Terms of Service

The agreement between you and GraphBI, written to be read rather than skipped.

Last updated: 1 August 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of GraphBI. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

2. Your account

You must give accurate registration details and keep them current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite. Keep your password private, enable multi-factor authentication, and tell us promptly at support@graphbi.com if you suspect unauthorised access. One person may not share a single login with others — invite them as team members instead.

3. Trial and subscription

New accounts include a free trial of the length shown at signup. When the trial ends, access is paused until you choose a plan; your data is kept and becomes available again as soon as you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. Prices are shown before you pay and may be charged in your local currency.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe or Paystack depending on your country. Fees are payable in advance and are not refundable for time already used, except where required by law. If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; access may be suspended if the failure is not resolved. We will give at least thirty days’ notice by email before any price increase affects your renewal.

5. Cancelling

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. You can export your data at any time while your account is active.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use GraphBI to break the law, to upload data you have no right to process, to attempt to access another customer’s data, to probe or disrupt our systems, to resell the service without a written agreement, or to place content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend an account that puts the platform or other customers at risk, and will explain why when we do.

7. Your data and your rights to it

You keep all rights to the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service — profiling, analysis, reporting, and the optimisation features you use. We do not sell it, share it with other customers, or use it to build products for anyone else. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload the data you upload, and for obtaining any consents your own customers or patients require.

8. Availability

We work to keep GraphBI available continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. We are not liable for downtime caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including failures at hosting, payment, or network providers.

9. Analytics and recommendations

GraphBI produces insights, forecasts, and optimisation suggestions from the data you provide. These are decision support, not professional advice, and their accuracy depends on the quality and completeness of your data. You remain responsible for decisions you make. Outputs must not be used as the sole basis for clinical, financial, or legal decisions.

10. Our intellectual property

GraphBI, including its software, design, and brand, remains our property. Your subscription grants a right to use the service, not to copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from it. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

11. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data where you had the ability to export it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Ending the agreement

You may stop using GraphBI and close your account at any time. We may end this agreement if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach within fourteen days of being told, or immediately where the breach is serious. On termination your access ends and your data is deleted according to the schedule in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. Significant changes are announced by email and in the product at least thirty days before taking effect. Continuing to use GraphBI after that date means you accept the updated terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by Austrian law, and the courts of Austria have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of your own country. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact support@graphbi.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
